Terms of Service

BillingGuard CI is a software service that compares billing state with application access state, produces reliability findings and can run scheduled monitoring. It is intended for business and professional use.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and App Probe secrets, and for activity carried out through your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly revoke access that may have been exposed.

Monitored Stripe projects connect through supported Stripe Connect authorization. You are responsible for connecting only data and systems you are authorized to access. App Probe endpoints must be controlled by you or provided with authorization from the relevant system owner.

The Pro plan currently includes a 14-day trial and then costs €49 per month plus VAT or other applicable taxes. A payment method may not be required to start the trial. If no payment method is added before a no-card trial expires, the subscription may end automatically. Subscription management and cancellation are handled through the BillingGuard billing portal.

The current Pro plan includes up to 3 SaaS projects per account. Plan limits, features and pricing may change for future billing periods with appropriate notice where required by law.

You may not use BillingGuard to access systems without authorization, probe private networks, distribute malware, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, violate applicable law or process data you are not entitled to process.

BillingGuard is designed to help identify inconsistencies, but no monitoring system detects every error or guarantees uninterrupted operation. You remain responsible for your billing logic, customer access controls, financial records and decisions made from audit results.

Access may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, security risk, misuse or material breach of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription through the billing portal. Certain records may be retained where necessary for legal, security or dispute-resolution purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees that every billing or access inconsistency will be detected. Mandatory rights and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Use of the service is also subject to the Privacy Policy.
