Privacy Policy

BillingGuard CI operates BillingGuard CI. This notice explains how information is processed when you create an account, connect integrations, run audits, enable monitoring or manage a subscription.

We may process account information such as your email address; project names and configuration; Stripe subscription metadata retrieved through your connected Stripe account; App Probe endpoint configuration and synchronized access-state records; audit findings and monitoring history; and BillingGuard subscription identifiers received from Stripe.

App Probe shared secrets are encrypted by BillingGuard before storage. Monitored Stripe accounts are connected through Stripe Connect, and BillingGuard's monitoring implementation performs read operations only.

We use the information to provide authentication, project configuration, billing-versus-access reconciliation, reliability scoring, scheduled monitoring, alerts, account billing, security, troubleshooting and service administration. Where applicable, processing is based on performance of the service contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and legal obligations.

If your App Probe or Stripe account contains information relating to your own customers, you remain responsible for determining what data you send to BillingGuard and for having an appropriate legal basis to do so. BillingGuard processes that information to provide the monitoring service on your instructions.

BillingGuard currently relies on infrastructure and service providers including Vercel for application hosting, Supabase for authentication and database services, Stripe for BillingGuard subscription billing and connected billing APIs, and Resend for monitoring email delivery. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy documentation.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain audit history, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. We use access controls, scoped integration access, encrypted App Probe secrets and authenticated endpoints as part of the service design. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or export personal information, or object to certain processing. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

BillingGuard uses cookies or similar storage that are necessary for authentication, session security and core account functionality. If non-essential analytics or advertising technologies are introduced later, this notice and any required consent mechanism should be updated before they are enabled.
